It's not the infamous TMPFS bug, because it is not used on that machine.
It's a known bug with bug ID #1042114
It mentions I/O records >8K will fail, and compiled with -Bstatic
records >16K will fail
There is a patch available for 1.3.1 called 100098-01, but It's better to use
1.4. (less buggy)
That's sad for the programmers, because the did not want to upgrade to 1.4 first
because it's a lot of recompile work.
Well, now they have a good reason to do so.
