Well, none of the replies have stated that gated will do what I want with
routing over IR PTP links, but then again, nobody has specifically said
it won't work, either, so I will give it a try.
The current version of gated is 1.9.1.7, and is available from
gated.cornell.edu.
And to answer the many queries: IR is the Sunlink Internet Router :-)
