In a rarity for Sun-Managers I got almost no feedback to my comment
on requesting better titles for summaries. Jay Plett made a good
point:

Take it as it stands, I guess, and we'll go from there. Me, I
plan to edit my mailbox and put in better problem descriptions
on the summary Subject lines.
