SUMMARY: Configuring Software RAID0 from shell

Thanks to all who replied!

I got RAID0 working
syntax is
 metainit    <device-name>   <striping-no>  <total-no-of disks> slice1 
slice2...sliceN

In my case it is
metainit d0 1 19 c5t3d0s0 c5t2d0s0 ... c0t1d0s0

newfs /dev/md/rdsk/d0
update vfstab
mount /mount-point
