SUMMARY: Route Cache Information

I did not get much help from the list on this, but after some more
Googling, I believe the varius "ip_ire" entries deal with the route
cache, IRE being "internal routing entries." However, I'm not sure
exactly how all of them influence it. The file,
/usr/include/inet/ip_ire.h, also has some interesting code, but
changing that will not impact the running system.

The ndd variable, ip4_ire_status, is particularly interesting. It
gives most of the same information a "netstat -ranv" would get you
with some bonus columns.
