Thanks to all those that helped. Upon further inspection I was able to find
that the file /etc/init.d/inetinit contained the entries to change the window
size for my server.

Subject: TCP Window Size

Currently one of my servers has it's TCP Window Size set to 64 KB for both
transmit and receive. now my sun rep tells me that this isn't persistent,
and
after each reboot it returns to it's original calculation. I deduced that
the
window size would have to be set in the startup script. I however don't know
where this script resides or know how to read it. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
