Summary: Long login time on Solaris 9 x86

Hi,

Thanks for your replies. I got some tips that had to do with the network:
*) Deactivate VerifyReverseMapping in sshd_config
*) Look for tcpwrappers
*) Look for stale NFS mounts
*) Check that nsswitch.conf includes dns and that I can reach the one defined in resolv.conf.
However, since the problem only apppeared when trying to log in with a non-privileged account and we don't use NFS I wasn't sure this was a network problem.
So before trying these suggestions I tried another one. Namely to turn off the quota checking in /etc/profile. 
And this seems to have done the trick. At least for now.
