SUMMARY: sol9 + 3510FC + qlogic qla2340-CK

Solution:

I gave Qlogic a call, and they informed me that the fcode on the card was
for an x86 box, which is why I wasn't seeing the card with probe-scsi-all
apparently, or from cfgadm. To get the disks to be recognized correctly I
edited sd.conf to include the below target (40) and all is fine now. While
I would prefer a card with Sun fcode, this isn't a production system, and
this solution works fine.
