Then, my /export/home filesystem was lost. So, I did an fsck on the
partition, but got an error "Can't find /dev/rdsk/c3t5d0s2". (I had earlier
umounted this file-system but was unable to mount it back) I logged in a
root at the terminal and fired up raid manager utility and sure enough it
wasn't seeing one complete raid.
So, I followed the recovery procedure only to find that the SCSI cable
connection was faulty. So here I am, worked practically all night to find
the erroneous Cable connect.

But , I have learned my lesson. I have started up a back of my system right
away. Will soon make it automated once I have read through the Soltice
backup guide.

Thankyou all for responding,
And for such a wonderful mailing list.

Regadrs,
VS
