SUMMARY: problems with jumpstart

Apologies for this very late summary, but the problem has only just been
solved.

Thanks to the following people for all their ideas & help:

*	Harry Hoffman
*	Jonathan V Hays
*	Darren Dunham
*	Ralf van Dooren
*	Dan Burton
*	Allen Wooden

There were a number of problems with my jumpstart configuration, which were
changed as follows:

*	When specifying DNS as the name_server, in the sysidcfg file, I had
to have a "finish script" in order to stop the installation becoming
interactive. This then needed to be referenced within the rules file.
*	The location of the profile, as specified in the rules file, needed
to be relative to the location of the sysidcfg file.
