Recommendations were: * a self-deleting init script that would install the package post-jumpstart (a post-jumpstart-install script versus the failing jumpstart-postinstall script :) ) and then delete itself. * using a chroot /a pkgadd ... during the jumpstart Either one seems exceptable to me (and both recieved an equal number of "this is how I do it"'s), but I tried the chroot version and it works rather smartly.
