SUMMARY: after reboot - open terminal question

One of the behaviors of CDE is that when you log off of a CDE session,
you can have it remember what terminals/programs you had opened. So
when you log back in, it is as you left it. I can't remember, but I
think this is the default. However, when you issue a shutdown or reboot
command of any kind from the CDE, the way you have your desktop setup
(i.e. having terminal windows open or minimized on the desktop) will be
the same as your previous log off.

So, if you want to get rid of the terminals...

1. Log in
2. Close the windows
3. Log off (not reboot or shutdown)

This should work. If not, you will have to dig into the desktop
settings and have set it to accommodate what you want to accomplish.

Hope this is helpful
