A day after day , I realy admire all the readers and contributers in this
mailing list, with all the help you guyz provide others with. Thanks for all
those who responded to me.

Simply , all the guyz agreed on one point that works to solve the problem,

Create a /.rhosts file and add the target ip's that will access the media

  Subject: ufsdump over the net

I have attached an external tape drive to my machine [Eliant 820] , I can do
a local ufsdump , but when I try to do this from other machine , i.e. I need
to ufsdump the var partition of server X , it gives me the following error :

1- I telnet to the machine that I need to copy data from and issue the
following command,
  ufsdump 0cful /var
    DUMP: permission denied
DUMP: Cannot connect to tape host `'
DUMP: The ENTIRE dump is aborted.

Please note that I can do ufsdump 0cful /dev/rmt/1 with no problem ont he
same machine.
