Thanks to all who replied. Multiple options were presented.
a) /usr/dt/bin/dtlogin
b) Look in /usr/dt/bin
c) /etc/rc2.d/S99dtlogin start
d) sunsolve INFODOC ID: 18215
e) <just came in as I was about to hit send>
-- starting the login server (if not running-u can check by ps -ef)
/usr/dt/bin/dtlogin -daemon
-- to start cde from the next time u reboot the system
/usr/dt/bin/dtconfig -e
