However we found a solution untill know about the scsi-timeouts
Given :
solaris 2.7
netbackup 3.2
Tapeloader L1000
get any scsi
What we have done :
- replace scsi card
- verified L1000
- verified cables
- installed alle the latest mu and recommended patches
- finally we rebooted the system in 32 bit mode and now untill know we don't get
any scsi-timeout errors.
Conclusion :
Apparently netbackup 3.2 isn't full 64 bit mode . So , you have to run in 32 bit
mode so the L1000 works without pain .....
