Dear SUN Managers

I was obliged to stop my sun station ( an ultra 60 with two processors).

I was obliged to do it because the mouse couldn't move and I
couldn't use the keyboard. I tried stop -A with no success.
So I make a connection with a terminal and killed some processus and the
session. Then I have the login screen but still the
keyborad and mouse didn't respond, so I press the power botton.
I restarted it with it couldn't boot ,
I had a black screen, no boot prompt ....
I have the leds on the machine.

The problem was with the motherboard. A composant was out.
Sun replaced it with exactly the same card ; so I wasn't obliged to
reinstalled the system.
Now the station is ok.

Thank you for your help.
I'm sorry for sending so much messages to the list. Now I know how to
proceed.
