Hello Admins..

This should be in the FAQ !

I thank everybody who responded for their valuable time and
prompt reply.

How to tell a Ultra 170 from an Ultra 170E

170 has:
        built-in ethernet card, le0, 10Mbps
        Fast SCSI, external 50-pin conector
        normal frame buffer (i guess)

170E has:
        built-in Fast-Ethernet card, hme0, 10/100 Mbps
UW SCSI, external 68 pin conector
        Creator or Creator3D video card

use the "ifconfig -a", and "prtconf" commands.

regards, and thanks again.
