Thanks to Sun-Managers and SunHelp members,

Major consensus was "this is normal, don't worry about it". Some suggested
to search for patches or upgrading PROMs, but I've already done that, proms
are upgraded and all patches installed.

The most decriptive reasons are:

"According to Sun this was because the E4000 disk boards are designed for up
to 2GB drives, and we'd got 4.5GB units in, so when it tests the disks it
gets a geometry that it doesn't recognise as valid, hence the error

"Believe it or not, this is okay and "normal" for a Exx00 disk board. See,
the only thing that the disk board gets from the midplane is electrical
power. Thus the rest of the machine knows something is in that slot, but
cant determine any info on the board, so it's reflected in the prtdiag
output just like you see."
