SUMMARY [bootp finding strange ethernet address]

Many Thanks to Ofer Licht who pointed me in the right direction with his
response.
the ethernet MAC prefix 52:41:53:
is used by Windows NT RAS servers when they request a
DHCP (extension of bootp) address for a dialup client.
(RAS is the NT dialup service).

The LAN administrator was setting up a new NT server around the time it
started and i'm getting with him to see if it was indeed configured
properly. Thanks again to everyone!
