Thanks to all who responded to this.  There were too many to mention.  Responses ranged from using "probe-scsi-all"  (this does not work) to using "probe-fcal-all" (this DOES work).
The best response was from Dan Barile and I wanted to pass it on.  I tried it and it was "very cool"!
Dan sent:
" to get info on any set of prom commands,
   do a...
   
   ok>  sifting <command string>
   
   where command string is a substring of the command you 
   are grepping for
   
   like
   
   ok> sifting probe"
This should be very useful for all prom commands.
