Hello managers,

i asked:
>i have changed my SS10 (in fact a clone hamstation 10) to have the
>console being connected to a terminalserver. This is working fine.
>This way i can manage that machine via network.
>
>Now i want to have the original color screen and keyboard again
>to be connected to the SS10 and work as a "normal" working place/station
>without being a console.
>
>I had no success with my tries. As soon as i plug in the keyboard
>the serial console is no longer active.
>
>Is there some OpenBootPrompt parameter that i have overseen to manage
>this? Or is it impossible?

When i've found SunSolve - InfoDoc 16093 my question was answered:
ok> setenv output-device ttya (instead of screen) and
ok> setenv input-device ttya (instead of keyboard)

Now i can reach the console via net and let someone different work
on the screen (which is behind a wall from the point of view of the SS10)

With regards,

Bernt Christandl
