I got a few responses to my question about not having all of the disk
devices show up in a format command, even though the disks were mounted
and being used. The only one who hit the nail on the head was
robsonk@ebrd.com, who suggested running drvconfig and then disks. This
reconfigured the devices and added all the disks, and I can see them now,
and best of all, it didn't require a reboot, which would have blown our
uptime numbers for the year.
