I was able to rebuild the index after deleting/moving the present index.
nsrck -F was not of very much help. But i think still it's a good utility.
Before trying to rebuild the index.

>I'm using Solstice backup ver 5.0.1 on Solaris 2.6.
>Accidently the file server was turned off when it was in the process of
>taking the backup. After that it's not able to take backup of the clients,
>even with auto backup schedules, the recover command is even not working.
>I've tried 'mmrecov' but still the index files are not recovered.
>The following nsr daemon message show comes when starting the networker
>tajmahal root: Solstice backup Srever : (notice) Check failed for client
>tajmahal ( Database was not shutdown cleanly)
>Can anybody has a clue how to repair the Database.
>Thanks in Advance.
