subscribe oracle-l your@email.address in the mesg box) and it does work.
Todd and Shelagh pointed me to LISTSERV@KBS.NEY and oraapps-l@cpa.qc.ca
respectively, though I haven't tried yet. I guess we've got two mailing
list: one for DBA(teleport.com) and the other for App.(cpa.qc.ca). Special
thanks to Todd who sent me a useful Oracle FAQ site.
