Thanx for all the replies, too many to mention.

SUMMARY:
=========
Yes it can be done. Everyone seemed to think so, just make sure
you shutdown sendmail on both machines during the move.

Does anyone know a way to transfer a mail queue from one machine
to another. Can I just simply copy /var/spool/mqueue to another
machine and not have any problems. These mail messages in
the queues are mostly deffered errored mail messages waiting
to send back to the user after a day or so.
