------Summary-------

The problem was being caused by a comms card problem on the Hub, which are comms
team ae now looking into. The card in the hub was setting itself to 100 Mbits
Full duplex, where as the card in the Ultra60 was seeing the connection as a
half duplex one. Mandating the hub card to 10Mbit half duplex has temporarily
resolved the problem, but it is not an ideal solution. Thanks for all the
suggestions.
