Thanks to the many who responded from this list. The original problem
dealt with configuring the /etc/mail/sendmail.cf which is shipped with
the Solaris 2.6 OS release. Essentially, the vast majority of responses
advised downloading the latest-biggest-baddest release directly from the
Sendmail folks and then using the M4 macros to do some configuration.
(looks like I have somewhat of an additional learning curve ahead of me
:), ) I have also taken note of the several helpful comments to not
post messages using an html format to this list. Sorry that was an
accident.
Once again, my gratitude to the helpful nature of this list and its
participants.
