A while back I asked:

Im getting errors when ufsdump-ing my disks
(cannot read block XXXXXXX &c ..)
Should I worry ?

The short answer is Yes, you should worry

The slightly longer answer is
No, don't worry, try to get as much of those dissk backed up as possible,
and have them replaced ASAP ..

I had scheduled a replacement for the 2 disks that gave errors last tuesday
morning (early, so it could be over and done with before the suers came in
to work), but alas, bth disks crashed out on me the thursday and friday
prior to that ..
