who suggested that I change my /etc/default/login thusly
CONSOLE=/dev/console -> #CONSOLE=/dev/console
On our development boxes we regularly back up on the net, No not the
NET, we are behind a firewall (yes, yes I know it still is insecure,
but...). But after upgrading our development hosts to Sol 2.6, we've
started to get permission denied.
I've reloaded the previous .rhosts files.
This is the way I'm backing up
/usr/sbin/ufsdump 0lbudfs 126 54000 IPA.d.d.r:/dev/rmt/0n 6000
everytime it's giving me a permission denied. This is probably because it
keeps asking me for a password everytime I try to rlogin as root.
