SUMMARY:Why does my machine panic?

Hi managers,
I have fixed the problem by :-
1) backing up all 3 partitions on the disk.
2) running format/analyze for 8 hours(no bad blocks).
3) newfs the partitions
4) restore the 3 partitions.
I have had no panic's since the restore on the 19 July.
