Thanks for the answers to the question.

Question:

Is is possible to install the Netra management software on an ordinary
Solaris 2.5.1 Server license?

I would like to install Firewall-1 on my netra but pkgadd needs
/usr/ucb/whoami and some other basic programs and this isn't available in the
default Netra configuration.

Yes you can, After you intalled the Solaris software you must
install the netra packages with pkgadd. I remember you should install the
SUNWntrA or SUNWntr package first because it's prerequisite for the rest
of the packages.

If you have another Sparc and a C compiler you could always build the
appropriate GNU utilities and copy them over to your Netra box.

You are probably missing packages from your initial Solaris
installation. Do a man on the command you are looking for and then
pkginfo to determine if you have said package installed.
