I received two responses from the sun managers group, and one from with in my
own organization. The response from my own organization was the answer I was
looking for. My original question was, how can I tell what my overhead, on a
disk, is?

The response, do a df -k, add the used and the avauil columns together and
divide this number by the kbytes.

Thanks to those individiuals that responded.
