SUMMARY: RAID 410 host adapter driver not loading !!
====================================================

I had problems loading the RAID Host adapter file ptisp.o on boot up.
Actually it turned out that the problem was with the actual adapter card.
Apparently there are 2 different types of host adapter cards. The
difference is seen when:

ok, show-sbus

command is issued. The output for the 2 cards are different.

one says:

        slot 1 ptisp

the good card should say:

        slot1 PTI, ptisp

I think it has to do with the level of operating system too. We are still
on SunOS 4.1.4.

The DEC Hardware Engineer who swapped the card fortunately knew this.
