SUMMARY: CDE 1.0.2 + Solaris 2.5.1 + Tektronics Xterm problems.

After some investigation, I've found out that I should comment out the :0
line in /etc/dt/config/Xservers, (I thought I had commented out :0 in
/usr/dt/config/Xservers, but that was on another test machine :-() This solved
all my reset problems. It seems dtlogin will crash if it cannot find /dev/fb
and will leave a trail of errors in /var/dt/Xerrors.

Thanks to Glenn Carver for useful discussions.
