Summary: where the heck is xil.h?

I'm working on a machine running Solaris 2.4 with a SunVideo Sbus board
installed, and I decided to start traching myself how to use the xil library.

I know, I can find the xil stuff in /opt/SUNWits/Graphics-sw/xil/. In there I
find an examples directory with source for an example app called
rtvc_capture_movie.

When I try to compile this source with the Makefile that comes with it, it
complains that it can't find xil.h. I have looked everywhere on my system for
this include file, and can't seem to find it.

Does xil.h come with Solaris 2.4? Is something not installed properly or do I
have to get the Solaris 2.4 development kit?
