Looks like I'm the only one stupid enough to get into this situation:) Only
one response, from Anatoly.Lisovsky@kamaz.kazan.su, who sent me a replacement
for rmail and an appropriate sendmail.cf to work around the problem.

But the real solution was to back out patch 102319-01. I'm not sure if it
interfered with another patch, or is simply broken on its own, but it didn't
work with the patch installed.
