A couple of weeks ago I asked:

I got a few responses. Some offering me cables for sale, some directing
me to vendors that carry the original Sun cables. No one supplied a
wiring diagram, so I bought the cheapest cable offered and buzzed it.
The wiring diagram follows the vendor list I received (for those that
don't want to bother making cables.)

Sun part numbers:

530-1478 2.0 meter DB-15 to mini DIN
530-1479 4.6 meter DB-15 to mini DIN

Apparently, cables also exist for using sun3 keyboards with sun4s.
