apologies for the long time for my summary.

My original Question was:

My solution:

I could by the NFS Software for NT from:
NetManage
Beame & Whiteside
Intergraph
FtpSoftware

But we have a lot of PCs and only a few Unix File Servers, so it could be better to get a Microsoft
LanManager Software called samba as recomended from Andy. I've ftp'd it from the server but no time to test it.
