Solution I changed the printcap to:

hpp:\
        :lp=/dev/ttyb:br#9600:sd=/var/spool/hpp:\
        :mx#0:rw:fc#0000374:fs#0000003:xc#0:xs#0040040:mx#0:sf:sb:

By the way this was the printcap sent to me by

but as in the beginning the one provided in the printcap city
worked with Autocad from DOS, I thought it was fine. I was wrong,
it didn't have the flags to handle hpgl.
