Hi Sun Managers,
After a few attempts at this posting the closest I have got to an answer is to
change the default fonts from 17 to 18.
This is achieved by changing the file /usr/openwin/lib/app-defaults/Mosaic
The start-up of mosiac is now fast and clean.
