SUMMARY: dbx won't step over keyboard reads.

The problem in my case turned out to be I have two dbxs.
One is in /usr/ucb and the other in /usr/lang.
The one is /usr/ucb works just fine. The one in /usr/lang seems to be a little
bit broken.
