I have received many printcap entries for this plotter, the one that
seems to work best is:

where lp=device name
        sd=spool directory
        br#9600=baud rate
        lp=error list
        fc#050=ECHO OFF
        sf=silent form feed
        sh=silent header
        mx#0=no limit on file size
        xs#040000=Force XON/XOFF
        xc=clear local mode bits
