As many have pointed out, RRFS is a file system intended for use
on CDROM. The claim that RRFS is 25% faster than UFS is
a comparison of RRFS to UFS-on-CDROM. There won't be a way
to newfs a Rocky file system. The file system for magnetic
media is still UFS.
